Version 2.0.3: Update MEF attribute for .NET 8 compatibility
   Refactored CodeStencilCodeNaniteAttribute to inherit from ExportAttribute and
   use [MetadataAttribute] for proper MEF metadata export in .NET 8+.
   Updated project to target net8.0-windows only, added System.ComponentModel.Composition reference,
   and bumped version to 2.0.3.
   Cleaned up legacy framework references, backup files, and added GlobalUsings.cs.
