     * 解决[Bug 13](https://github.com/Chuyu-Team/YY-Thunks/issues/13)，RtlRunOnceBeginInitialize一处lpInitOnce参数处理错误。
     * 解决[Bug 14](https://github.com/Chuyu-Team/YY-Thunks/issues/14), 移除CreateSymbolicLink downlevel，因为Windows XP完全不支持SymbolicLink。
