0.0.2-alpha
     - removed the dependency on Microsoft.Tpl.Dataflow.4.5.24 as it was causing issues for Xamarin iOS and Droid (but not UWP) projects. I did try this fix: https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/cross-platform/troubleshooting/questions/pcl-case-study/, but it didn't work for me. Not sure why. Not worth hunting down.
     - also added the XML docs to the nuget package
