Webority.Pdf
Webority's PDF library for .NET. It generates documents in code and works on existing PDF files: open, protect, merge, split, stamp, read text and tables, recognise scanned pages, fill forms, render, sign, redact and optimise.

Expected failures come back as a result value, never as an exception.
Hindi needs no font setup: the bundled Noto Sans Devanagari face draws any Devanagari character the default Lato face lacks.
Scanned pages
Webority.Pdf.Ocr.Azure reads scanned pages through Azure Document Intelligence and can write a searchable text layer onto them.

Proprietary: see LICENSE.txt. The bundled fonts are under the SIL Open Font License; their licence text ships in the package under licenses/.
