- Added some detection to APNS to throw exceptions if the wrong combination of production/dev server flag and production/dev certificate are used
- Added ctor overloads for ApplePushChannelSettings to not require production bool (it can now be autodetected from the certificate subject name)
- Fixed an issue where the auto-scale checking timer was not stopping when the service was stopped and could cause an exception to be thrown and not handled
