Added support "netstandard1.6" to the NuGet package - I didn't think that analysers worked correctly when included in NuGet packages consumed by .NET Core projects but it seems to work ok (the only problem I've found is that, while warnings are displayed in the Visual Studio Error List, there are no squigglies underlining the offending code)
