KEYENCE KV Host Link for .NET

.NET library for KEYENCE KV Host Link PLC communication.

Connections are IPv4-only. Use an unbracketed IPv4 literal or a hostname with an IPv4 result; bracketed IPv4 such as [192.168.250.100] is invalid. The ordinary KvHostLinkClient includes arrival-order FIFO admission, so one instance can be shared by asynchronous callers without a wrapper.
