In Petabridge.Cmd v0.6.3 the only major change consists of upgrading our internal Akka.NET dependency to v1.3.14. This was done in order to ensure that the [Petabridge.Cmd.Cluster.Sharding `region-stats` command](https://cmd.petabridge.com/articles/commands/cluster-sharding-commands.html#cluster-sharding-region-stats) wouldn't run into [Akka.NET issue #3830](https://github.com/akkadotnet/akka.net/issues/3830) when running on non-coordinator nodes.
