OpenStrata.MSBuild.PCF will contain build definitions that are used in conjunction with Microsoft.PowerApps.MSBuild.Pcf package.

Future functionality is TBD.

Install OpenStrata.NET.Templates to get started.

After OpenStrata.NET.Templates is installed, create a PCF project using the openstrata-pcf template.

dotnet new openstrata-pcf --name [preferred-name]
