Onspay.Infrastructure.ModuleClient

Refit-based typed HTTP client registration for platform module-to-module calls (AddModuleClient<TApiInterface>) AND tenant-configured external integrations (AddExternalClient<TApiInterface>). Automatically chains Onspay.AspNetCore's CorrelationIdDelegatingHandler/TenantIdDelegatingHandler/RequestResponseLoggingDelegatingHandler so every outbound call carries X-Correlation-Id/X-Tenant-Id and is logged without the caller setting any of that up by hand. AddExternalClient additionally resolves BaseUrl/AuthType/AuthSecret/TimeoutMilliseconds per-call from Onspay.Infrastructure.Tenancy's ITenantClientEndpointResolver for the ambient tenant. Also provides ApiResponse<T>/ApiException/TenantClientEndpointNotConfiguredException to Result<T> unwrapping so Application-layer code never has to know whether data came from this module's own DB, another module's API, or a tenant's own external system.
