BREAKING CHANGES - lots of refactoring mainly around using a 'factory' for external types rather than generics. This was due to the need to expand the number of types involved to add better support for entities other than media (i.e. URLs, user mentions and hashtags). It's often necessary to be able to work with the raw entity data further down the line and this is not available after parsing into HTML. The demo app on CodePlex contains an example of how to get this working, combining custom types and some default types in the Twitter library.
