Extension library to the NFC / NDEF library to enable additional, platform-specific use cases.

Based on the cross platform NFC / NDEF library, this extension module adds additional NDEF record classes that integrate with platform features to enable additional use cases. The extension enables creating vCard records on Windows 10 (UWP), Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone, Mime Image records on Windows 10 (UWP) and Windows 8.1, as well as iCalendar records for Windows 8.1. Depending on the target platform, this extension includes 3rd party extension libraries.
