Version 9.2.1: Fixed dual-generic derived type registration for CQRS handlers.
      Resolved registration issues for custom queries inheriting from GetEntityDataBySpecificationQuery<TEntity, TResult>.
      Enhanced RegisterHandlerForDerivedType to properly handle dual-generic inheritance patterns.
      Added BaseTypeInfo class and improved type detection logic for better DI container integration.
      This fixes 'No service for type IRequestHandler<CustomQuery, TResult>' registration errors.
