MEGFW — MEngine Game Framework
MEGFW is a MonoGame / Microsoft XNA–style game framework layered on top of MEngine.
It gives you a familiar Game / GameTime / SpriteBatch / ContentManager API while keeping
MEngine’s rendering, input, audio, and windowing underneath.

using MEGFW;
using MEGFW.Graphics;
public class MyGame : Game
{
protected override void LoadContent() { }
protected override void Update(GameTime gameTime)
{
if (MEGFW.Input.Keyboard.GetState().IsKeyPressed(MEGFW.Input.Keys.Escape))
Exit();
}
protected override void Draw(GameTime gameTime)
{
GraphicsDevice.Clear(Color.CornflowerBlue);
SpriteBatch.Begin();
SpriteBatch.FillRectangle(new MEGFW.Geometry.Rectangle(100, 100, 64, 64), Color.Red);
SpriteBatch.End();

Design goals
- Familiar — same mental model as MonoGame/XNA (
Game,Update,Draw,SpriteBatch) - Thin — wraps MEngine; does not reimplement bgfx
- Complete enough — loop, graphics, input, content, audio, networking, 2D physics, scenes, components
- Testable — math/physics/content covered by unit tests without a GPU where possible
