services.AddKeycloakAdminClient(configuration) registers IKeycloakAdminClient (section KeycloakAdmin: ServerUrl or Keycloak:Authority, ClientCredentialsRealm, AdminClientId, AdminClientSecret, optional MasterAdminUser / MasterAdminPassword / MasterAdminClientId / PreferMasterAdminPassword). Every method takes the realm, so one client serves multi-realm services; SendAsync covers admin endpoints the typed methods do not.
