Version 4.1.0 provides new properties on the Endorsement allowing client code to examine the structure represented by the endorsement and any public key values identified by that structure. Endorsements are still immutable once created but can be combined in part to form new key structures representing new key requirements. This may make certain activities, such as performing a partial key rotation on an account easier.

Additionally, while this should not affect client code, internal code that was intended to support future claims functionality of the network has been removed. Hedera has confirmed that the network will not support the originally proposed claims functionality in the future.
