This package sets up the following items: smtp email, bootstrapper (SimpleInjector), auto bundling of JS and CSS (using YUI), LESS support, logging (NLog), profiling (MiniProfiler), default file systems, serialization (ServiceStack.Text), and Glimpse plugin.
