Version compatible with 2.x of the Facility. New implementations of the same AdoNetConnectionFacility for the new set of dependencies. From this version on, use the ConnectionContextInterceptor as an entry point of database contexts. There are two types of contexts available: Transient and PerThread which means: a new connection each call and a controlled context by thread respectivelly.

If you are using Castle for Facility injection, use IProviderExecutorFactory for injection and database commands execution, so you get a managed database context produced by the interceptor, not needing to create the DatabaseContext manually.
