Additional Details

The DTOs in this package should rather be copy/pasted into each library. When the library was updated, each consumer anyways had to update their references version of the Dto lib. So instead of updating a version, they can just replicate the same changes if any changes are made to a DTO shared between two services. Also, the Dto object is either an outgoing/incoming dto, depending on the service, so now each service can add their own Attributes on their own DTO class to signify which direction.
