CosmoSQLClient.Sqlite

A dependency-free SQLite driver for .NET: a pure-managed SQLite engine — byte-compatible file format, SQL parser, executor, B-tree storage — behind the unified ISqlDatabase interface from CosmoSQLClient.Core, with connection pooling support. No native sqlite3 library, no interop.
