ConfigForge.AspNet

Adds the ConfigForge configuration UI to an ASP.NET app (Open mode). Call AddConfigForge(...) and UseConfigForge(), point it at a schemas folder and a plugins folder, and the editor is served in the browser. Brings in the UI and engine transitively.
