Release Notes

Version 7.0 supports .NET Standard Library 2.0. This library can be used by .NET Framework (4.6.1 or greater) or .NET Core (2.0 or greater). Make sure that Prefer-32-bit flag is not set in project settings. Some optimization uses Microsoft Solver Foundation. If you use it, you'll need to be .NET Framework.

This package is not used by any popular GitHub repositories.
