Teambition（钉钉旗下）项目管理服务实现，实现 IProjectManagementService 统一接口。
功能特性
- 创建项目 / 查询项目列表
- 创建任务 / 查询单个任务
- 更新任务（名称、描述、指派人、截止日期、优先级）
- 完成任务（isDone=true）
- 查询任务列表（按项目、指派人、状态过滤）
- AppKey + AppSecret 换 access_token（query 参数注入）鉴权，自包含令牌管理
