Async methods and disposable.

Added asynchronously method for accrualing and withdrawing money.

Devs can still use synchronously methods but in they doesn't exist transactions, therefore can cause failure when in table Users there are changes, and in table BankAccounts or Banks ain't.

Added full implementation of deconstructors and methods Dispose() in BankAccountRepository and BankRepository.
