Adds a convenient way to register enums with NpgSql EF Core extensions.

Usage

  1. Mark your enums with [PostgresEnum] attribute
  2. Call .MapPostgresEnums() on NpgsqlDataSourceBuilder when configuring Npgsql for use with EF Core
  3. Call .RegisterPostgresEnums() on ModelBuilder inside of OnModelCreating() method of your DbContext
