Amelio Data Scrambler

Attribute-driven, deterministic data scrambler/exporter for EF Core.

Read from DbContext, never writes.
Mark properties with [Scramble], opt entities with [ScrambleEntity].
Deterministic faker via Salt + [ConsistentKey].
Exports CSV (with import.sql using COPY/\copy) or NDJSON.
Library-first: call from console or ASP.NET Core.
