Wait for Ports using .NET

Usage

using static WaitForPort.Ports;

// wait for TCP Port 5432 with a timeout of 10s
WaitForTcpPort(5432, 10000);

using static WaitForPort.Ports;

// wait for localhost:80 with a timeout of 10s
 await WaitForHttp(new Uri("http://localhost"), HttpMethod.Get, 10000);

If the timeout is reached and the port is not available, an ApplicationException is thrown.
