Upon installation following must be done manually:
remove /Scripts/typings/signalr/signalr-1.0.d.ts

This file is creating conflicts.

Project must compile before T4 template is processed.
It may be necessary to exclude Hubs.tt from your project, build it then include Hubs.tt again.
