Supersedes the "SujaySarma.Sdk.Orm" package by providing multi-source ORM services. This package provides ORM capabilities for Azure Tables stored data. You can use this with both Azure Storage Table Service or with Azure CosmosDB's Azure Tables API hosted tables.

Note that if you were previously using the "SujaySarma.Sdk.Orm" package, this package contains a few breaking (but easy to make) changes.

Downgraded the Microsoft.Azure.DocumentDB.Core due to an issue with how the Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos.Table v1.0.1 library uses the diagnostics tracing pipeline. The methods it calls do not exist in the newer v2.5.1 of the Microsoft.Azure.DocumentDB.Core library. This issue should go away once the v1.0.2 of Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos.Table is released (it is currently a "preview").

If you do not update to this version, you will encounter exceptions when running the code against Azure.
