NEW FEATURES:
* The Connection.Open() function adds a new parameter (skipCreateCheck) to let it skip the "Create Table if not exists" step. Can improve incremental performance when you already "know" that the table exists.
* Relationships. Either use the extension functions provided in the "Relationships" namespace, or use the Joins property in the Commands.Query class.

Note that for a single table, the Relationships.With/Without methods provide better performance than using the Query.Joins property. This is because of the overhead involved for the subqueries.
