# SlapKit Library License Agreement ("EULA")

This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the legal entity developing SlapKit, ("Licensor") and the individual or entity accessing or using the SlapKit library, ("Licensee").

Review the following license terms before setting up or using the relevant product. By agreeing to this EULA, going through the registration, and/or utilizing the product, you and your affiliated company (if relevant) consent to the terms outlined. If you disagree with these conditions or lack the authority to commit your company, refrain from installing, registering, or using the product. Ensure you discard or send back all product copies.

## License Grant

Licensor hereby grants Licensee a free of charge, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the SlapKit library, for integration into their products. No rights are granted for updates, support, or enhancements.

## Restrictions:

### Redistribution

Licensee is strictly prohibited from redistributing the SlapKit library in any form or manner.
Reverse Engineering: Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SlapKit library.

### Reselling

Licensee is prohibited from selling, leasing, or licensing the SlapKit library either as standalone or when integrated into products.

### No Warranty

The SlapKit library is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

## Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from or arising out of the use or inability to use the SlapKit library, regardless of the foreseeability of those damages.

## Termination:

Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and Licensee's rights to use the SlapKit library if Licensee has claims or initiates any legal action against the Licensor.

Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use and destroy all copies of the SlapKit library.

## Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the SlapKit library, including but not limited to copyright, patents, and trademarks, are owned by Licensor. Licensee acknowledges such ownership and will not take any action to challenge, jeopardize, limit, or interfere in any manner with Licensor's ownership rights.

## Indemnification

Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from and against all claims, damages, and costs, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to Licensee's use or misuse of the SlapKit library or any breach of this Agreement.

## Trademark Protection 

The name "SlapKit", its logo, and other related trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the SlapKit library are trademarks or registered trademarks of Licensor (collectively "Licensor Trademarks"). This Agreement does not grant Licensee any rights to use the Licensor Trademarks, and all use of the Licensor Trademarks shall inure to the sole benefit of Licensor. Licensee agrees not to use, copy, or display the Licensor Trademarks in any manner without the prior written permission of Licensor. Any unauthorized use of Licensor Trademarks is strictly prohibited.

## Non-transferable

This license is personal to Licensee and cannot be assigned, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred by Licensee.

## Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction/State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

## Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

By using the SlapKit library, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
