Reimaginate.Mediator

Runtime mediator implementation and dependency injection integration for Reimaginate Mediator.

This package provides the runtime IMediator implementation, assembly scanning registration through AddMediator, FluentValidation integration, and Activity/OpenTelemetry support.

It supports .NET 8 and .NET 10. Request and response payload capture is opt-in; payloads can contain sensitive application data and should not be enabled without an appropriate telemetry data policy.
