This Nucleus end-user license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual person or a single legal entity) and Quiddita d.o.o. Beograd, for the use of Nucleus software applications and libraries, source code, demos, intermediate files, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation contained in this package installation file. For the purpose of this Agreement, all Nucleus software applications and libraries, source code, intermediate files and supporting documentation will be referred to as the "Software".
This License Agreement is effective while you use and continue to make use of this Software. 
This License Agreement is subject to change without notice. Any company names, logos, trademarks and product names mentioned or shown on associated website(s) or in software products may be copyrighted, trademarked or registered trademarked by their respective owners.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
The Software and any authorized copies that you make are the intellectual property of and are owned by Quiddita d.o.o. Beograd. The structure, organization and code of the Software are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Quiddita d.o.o. Beograd and its suppliers.
The Software which is the subject of this license is copyright Quiddita d.o.o. Belgrade unless otherwise stated. Copyright law protects this Software and any associated material. Quiddita d.o.o. Belgrade retains title to and ownership in the copyright of the Software and the associated materials. This Software is not provided as public domain software.

FREEWARE LICENSE RIGHTS
The Software, unless labelled otherwise, is provided as freeware. Freeware products are provided free of charge. You may copy and distribute copies of this Software provided that you keep this copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty intact, and recipients must be bound by the terms therein. You must not charge money or fees for the Software as a separate product to anyone except to cover distribution costs, but you may include it as a part of your own software product without any charges.
