Separated the Use? methods from CartographicProjection and put them in a new class CartographicProjectionType. The class CartographicProjectionType is initialized with all the known projection types which are thereafter accessible through a static Get method. The call to Get without arguments provide the list of projection types. The call to Get with a projectionType returns the prototype of this projectionType.
Changed MaxElevation and introduced MinElevation for Octree's.
Bugfix for CalculateGridConversion.
