The full enterprise version of MAQS, which include everything that was in the open version plus many other features, has been added to NuGet.  This make the old open MAQS redundant, so it is being deprecated.

Special Notes: - Version 5 no longer have a NUnit and VSUnit build, this one package now supports both. - MAQS now requires a minimum .Net version of 4.71. - MAQS is now .Net standard which means the package updates in older (2015 and before) versions of Visual Studio may not work.
