Composite Decorator

Reduce concurrent DBMS_LOCK calls from the same process:

Notes

  • A dedicated Oracle connection is held open for the entire lock duration
  • Lock names are prefixed with APPLOCK: by default to avoid collisions
  • Register as Singleton
