2. Pre-trained checkpoints — redistributed unmodified

The Kronos.Forecasting.Weights.* packages embed the following published checkpoints
verbatim. Each repository declares the MIT licence via its model-card metadata
(`license: mit`) but publishes no LICENCE file and states no separate copyright
holder, so there is no further notice to reproduce. The exact revisions
redistributed are recorded here and asserted at build time.

The tokenizer checkpoints are published as separate repositories from the
models but by the same publisher under the same declared licence, so they need
no distinct treatment beyond being listed. A model and its tokenizer are not
independently valid and are always distributed as a pair.

3. Runtime dependency

TorchSharp and the libtorch native runtime are separate works under their own
licences, obtained through NuGet. Neither is redistributed here.
