Criação das interfaces IEFRepositorio e IEFRepositorioAtivavel e suas respectivas implementações.
     As interfaces IEFRepositorio e IEFRepositorioAtivavel são voltadas a Repositorios que trabalhem com o Entity Framework (pois precisam retornar um DbSet genérico ao invés de um IDbSet genérico) e possuem o diferencial de fornecer o acesso a esse DbSet para operações específicas do EF como a operação .Include().
