Generates a file that imports all namespaces.

Version 1 contains the original behavior, which is to source generate the file. This has the benefit of hiding the file within temporary directories managed by Roslyn and therefore more portable. However, it may also conflict with other Source Generators, as there is no way to declare precedence.

Version 2 changes this behavior by making a file directly within the project folder named GlobalUsings.g.cs, and writing to the file system directly. This fixes the aforementioned issue, however this behavior may be undesired to some.

Use whichever version best applies to your situation, as both versions are separately maintained.

For maintainers, the main branch is Version 2, and legacy is Version 1.
