DigitalWonderlab.CommunityCore 1.4.0

Community Forum for Umbraco suite - End User Licence Agreement
Version 2, October 2026
Copyright (c) 2026 Digital Wonderlab. All rights reserved.

This software ("the Software") - the DigitalWonderlab.CommunityCore,
DigitalWonderlab.CommunityForum and DigitalWonderlab.CommunityComments packages
and the optional DigitalWonderlab.CommunityAi add-on, including their compiled
assemblies, client files, views and other content - is licensed, not sold.
"You" means the person or organisation that installs or uses the Software.

1. Grant of licence (free to use)
   Digital Wonderlab grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free,
   non-exclusive licence to install and use the Software in any number of
   development, staging and production Umbraco websites, at no charge, subject
   to the terms below.

2. What you may do
   In addition to the grant in clause 1, you may:
   (a) install, configure, maintain and support the Software on Umbraco
       websites you build or run for your clients or employer, and hand those
       websites over to them. Each client or employer may then use the Software
       in that website under this licence;
   (b) keep the Software's files, including the views and client files it adds
       to a website, in that website's source control, build pipelines, backups
       and hosting, including Umbraco Cloud, and share them with the people who
       work on or host that website;
   (c) modify the views, styles and other client files the Software adds to a
       website, for use in that website.

3. What you may not do
   Except as clause 2 allows, you may not:
   (a) sell, resell, sublicense, rent or lease the Software, or offer it to
       others as a product or download in its own right;
   (b) publish the Software's packages, assemblies or source code (including any
       decompiled or reconstructed source) separately from a website it is
       installed in;
   (c) remove or alter any copyright, licensing or attribution notices;
   (d) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the
       extent that applicable law allows despite this restriction.
   Nothing here restricts your rights under the separate open-source licences of
   any third-party components the Software depends on.

4. Ownership
   The Software is and remains the property of Digital Wonderlab and is
   protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Changes you make
   under clause 2(c) are yours, but the Software they are based on remains ours.
   This licence grants you no rights to Digital Wonderlab trademarks or branding.

5. Paid features
   This version of the Software is provided in full at no charge. Digital
   Wonderlab may offer additional or premium features in future versions under
   separate commercial terms. This licence covers the version you have
   installed, and continues to apply to it whatever later versions are offered
   on.

6. No warranty
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is",
   without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of
   satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Wonderlab is not liable for
   any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or
   otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Software or its use.
   Nothing in this licence limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited
   or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused
   by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Termination
   If you breach this licence, Digital Wonderlab may give you written notice
   describing the breach. If you do not put it right within 30 days of that
   notice, this licence ends, and you must stop using the Software and remove
   it. Websites handed over to clients under clause 2(a) are not affected by a
   breach by the person who built them.

9. Governing law
   This licence is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of
   England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from
   it.
