Nebula.NET — MSBuild integration

Obfuscate and harden your .NET assemblies as part of dotnet build / msbuild / CI, using Nebula.NET by Delta-1 Labs — no separate command-line step. Cross-platform (Windows, Linux, macOS).

dotnet add package Delta1Labs.Nebula.MSBuild

Enable it in the consuming project:

<PropertyGroup>
  <NebulaObfuscate>true</NebulaObfuscate>
  <NebulaConfigFile>nebula.json</NebulaConfigFile>
</PropertyGroup>

On build, every target framework of the project is protected into its own output folder. It also ships Nebula.Blazor.targets for build-time Blazor WebAssembly protection.

Obfuscation raises the cost of reverse engineering; it is deterrence, not an unbreakable guarantee. Nebula.NET's priority is that protected assemblies keep behaving exactly like the originals.

Editions & licensing

The Free edition works with no license key; Pro/Enterprise unlock more. On build servers, set <RequireLicensedEdition>true</RequireLicensedEdition> so a missing or revoked license fails the build instead of silently shipping weakly-protected output. License only the build agent(s). See MSBuild & CI and Linux, macOS & CI.
