ELI Ontology

This project is for representing axioms in the ELI description logic. It includes functionality to extract/filter out ELI axioms from an Owl Ontology in the DagSemTools.OwlOntology format, and for translating ELI axioms into Datalog in the DagSemTools.Datalog format.
