non-transferable license to use the Centric Design Software Development Kit ("SDK") 
CentricDesign.Components.Elements product in accordance with the paid license terms agreed upon at purchase.

RESTRICTIONS: You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the SDK or any portion of it
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use the SDK beyond the licensed number of developers or machines
- Allow unauthorized access to the SDK

TERMINATION: This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with the terms.
