Get URI parts.  Get, set, drop, update query items and path items.  UriPath class to manipulate segments in path.  Standard URL representations including scheme relative (//domain) and app relative.  Drop and Set methods provide a fluent interface for chaining methods to set, drop, add URI parts.  More standardized so no more worrying about delimiters like slashes, colons, question marks, ampersands or hashes.
