Yet another Maps library for Xamarin.Forms that optimized for Google maps.

This package is a fork of "Xamarin.Forms.GoogleMaps" library from amay077. It's been customized to meet the needs of our projects, to include the following features that is missing from the main project at the current time:

* Added `PointForPosition()` method to retrieve the screen location of a map coordinate.
* Added `MoveToUserLocation()` method to centralize on the user location.
* Added `AnimateToViewAngle()` method to allow setting the map tilt.
* Added `IsShowInfoWindow` property to Marker to allow disabling the Info Window.
