CMSImport license agreement

Licensee acknowledges that this is a nonexclusive license. Soeteman Software is the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the software. Licensee may not sell, distribute, or package for sale CMSImport. Licensee  may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble CMSImport in whole or in part.

Provided that you have accepted the terms contained herein, this EULA grants you the following rights:
A)  If you purchased a SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSE of CMSImport: You are granted a license to use CMSImport for a SINGLE DOMAIN and the configured development and staging domains, such as www.example.com, accept.example.com, and local.example.com .
B)  If you purchased a SERVER LICENSE of CMSImport: You are granted a license to use  CMSImport for a SINGLE SERVER and the configured development and staging SERVERS based on their IP Address.
C)   If you purchased an ENTERPRISE LICENSE of CMSImport: You are granted a license to install the CMSImport on unlimited production web servers, and use it for unlimited installations (umbraco instances) within the Enterprise (legal entity).
CMSImport includes UI parts of the Umbraco core which is licensed separate under the MIT license. CMSImport includes HTML Agility Pack which is licensed separate under the Microsoft Public License (Ms-PL) license.

CMSImport IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOETEMAN SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S NEEDS OR BE FREE FROM ERRORS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.  SOETEMAN SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
