This release is a major rewrite of the entire code base and introduces new namespaces
thus introducing breaking changes. However, these breaking changes are relatively easy
to fix by renaming some namespaces, and importing new ones.

This most notable changes are:

- Global .NET code refactoring: namespace changes (Carfamsoft.ModelToView to Carfamsoft.Model2View, etc.)
- Multi-framework targeting: netstandard2.0; net6.0
- Project-wide C# nullable context enabled.
- TypeScript: JavaScript projects are now written in TypeScript
- SystemJS: As a result of using TypeScript, SystemJS is used as the default module loader.
- Proper multi-form management: include as many forms as required on one page.
- Google reCAPTCHA support.
- Rich Text Editor support.
