Required changes for unix platforms (tested successfully on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS)

1. Removed Com Interops (for TimeBeginPeriod)
2. Removed AllowNatTraversal on Sockets
3. Changed Callback functions from Async to Sync (BeginInvoke -> Invoke) - requires more testing
