BigBlog.SDK Commercial License Agreement

This software package, BigBlog.SDK, is licensed, not sold. All rights are
reserved by Ken Brittain.

1. Grant of License

Ken Brittain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use BigBlog.SDK solely for internal development purposes. No other
rights are granted.

2. Reservation of Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to BigBlog.SDK are retained by Ken
Brittain. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative
works based on the package. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:
- Redistribute the package or any portion thereof as a standalone product.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the package.
- Use the package to build competing SDKs, developer tools, or services that
  replicate its functionality.

Use of BigBlog.SDK in commercial applications and websites is permitted,
provided it is integrated as part of a larger solution and not redistributed
independently.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Ken Brittain may terminate this
license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use and
destroy all copies of the package.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

BigBlog.SDK is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ken Brittain
disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ken Brittain shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or
inability to use BigBlog.SDK, including but not limited to loss of data,
profits, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
