dotnet tool install -g --ignore-failed-sources AzWikiLinkChecker
_PAT: needs to have wiki Read/Write permission in place. It doesn't make changes to the wiki cintent, but some of the requests are POSTs.
USAGE
azwlc -o "AzDO Org name" -p "AzDO Project name" -w "AzDO Wiki" -t "PAT"
All parameters should be plain text (not URL encoded)
CSV output is saved to user's Desktop folder with the nameazwlc_***.csv
